Great service! Wow, last minute dead battery locked out no key to my car after sitting stranded during pandemic car died no one to call went to the google gods and they answered With this company. There are great i sent my location and in less then 10 minutes was at my car door side fully equipped ready to cut me a key roadside (of course after asking to verify ownership and identification for the vehicle) 5 stars just for this gesture of safety especially during a time when people are taking advantage of others in need. amazing service and mobile which was a godsend. Just want to thank you for such a great and fast service and appreciate the discount and the free gift as we all need every penny during this time I thank you for that I didnt really get his name but the technician was very professional and punctual, I will use again I saved the number, please anyone ever locked out their car Or need copies on the spot screw your everybody else call this guy.ASAP. Terrible customer service. Gave an unreasonably high price and hung up the phone on me at 1am when I needed a locksmith simply because we did not text the address fast enough. Save your money and time and go else where.

We accidentally got locked out of our apartment and these guys were so kind on the phone and were super fast in sending someone over! They quoted 30min and they came in 15! Willie was our locksmith and he was quick and very nice.

He gave me a price quote of approximately $120 to remove a broken key in the ignition . He had no clue what he was doing, he watched 3 YouTube videos to figure out what he needed to do. That took 1 hour. Once he figured out what he was doing wrong he fixed the issue in 15 minutes and he said the price was $250. I said let's call the police . We settled on $170.

The owner does not stay in the area all the time, so i had to wait about 30 minutes to get a simple key copy, but i did not mind. The man is juggling two jobs, i can respect that. Overall good and quick service once he got there, and good prices. Would recommend.

First of all never called me back, I get he is one person but at least a text or a call back saying tomorrow he will come. Second he opens the car ( 75 doller fee ) and says that he cannot program a key because of the computer being locked and telling me only a bmw dealership can unlock it.Turns out that was not true a good friend of mine called his locksmith came in 10 mins did the job in Under 10 mins and I had a brand new key. Overall if you have a upscale car, BMW, BENZ, or even a Lexus I wouldnt waste my time because it seems he doesn't know how to open these type of cars with locked computers.

Locksmith guy is cheater.... first he give me different price and when I reach there he give me different address to come and now he is giving expensive price to make key.....I just extra key for my car.....after coming that far I agree with him the price and told him to make key......he start putting computer stuff in my car after that my car does not start until I gave it battery boost.........I told him its his computer which made my car loose all power and does not start......now he start kicking my car and threatning me and put scratches on it......I think this is not professional......I am about to file police complaint against him........

My husband got locked out of car. The man took all my info and called me when he was near location so my husband would look out for him. my Husband was at his job in Canarsie. It took the man about 35 min to get there. less than 5 min to unlock car. $95 Other locksmith were charging $65-$80 but because they were further away I didn't use them. Overpriced!

Not a very reliable business. More of a one man show and the guy is rarely ever at this location. I travelled over to this place twice (being that it was closest to me) when I got there the owner says it's just him alone and he's out doing other jobs. So a location for this business is a total waste of there's never anyone there.
