I brought in my 2003 Honda Element ignition switch. It was not turning at all. Yes, I took it out via YouTube video. Fradon took a couple of hours and repaired it. It looked like it did before but was working perfectly. The cost was under $60. The service was excellent. Parking is on the street.

I recently purchased a van but got only one key fob. Besides the emergency key in the fob was not cut at all.I went there for another key fob and emergency key cut. Very professional, very quick, took about 20 minutes. Very reasonable price.Everything works fine. So satisfied.I definitely recommend this place anybody who needs any key job done.

An employee (Larry) from Fradon Lock came to our house to repair our door ....with his baby. Cute baby, but Larry was extremely rude, used vulgar language, & basically charged us approx. $70.00 for nothing. We should have charged him just for having to put up with him.

This is easily the best locksmith anywhere. Great for auto, home and safes. Prices are excellent and service is friendly and helpful. Lots of fun little items in the store and a decent selection of knives too. Also have key control cabinets and drop safes and gun lockers. Cant beat em. Service at the store and mobile service are top notch. Very happy with every time I used them.

I had one of those Panic experiences where a trunk I had in my van was locked and I really needed to get it unlocked. I saw Fradon Lock, I pulled in, I was immediately greeted and gentleman came out to see if he could unlock the century old steamer trunk. He certainly went above and beyond the Call of Duty but alas this lock was too old and needed far too much work for the time I had. I thanked him and I know that should I ever be in the area again and need lock work done, I'll go to these guys.

I needed replacement keys for a file cabinet. They were friendly on the phone, and even nicer in person. Within five minutes, new keys were made, an employee checked to make sure they worked with the lock, and I was out the door. And the cost was VERY reasonable.
