Eugene understood the urgency of the situation and showed up within 20 minutes. He was compassionate of the situation, opened the door in minutes, made us two keys on site; all while being incredibly professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Eugene and his company.

He picked up on the first thing and we had 2 keys for the price of 1 three hours later. My husband and I were amazed. The dealerships quoted us 4 times as much + service + 1 week wait. This guy just pulled my ignition to replace my lost keys while I was somewhere else, saw my military boots in the floor board and gave a free spare key for my service.
