I am a contractor. I never give a bad review since I am also a small business and I know how damaging it can be. However they did not care about customer service or any of the problems that they caused me and my customer. This place is in my neighborhood I've used them to make copies of keys and never had a problem. So when I got a special order for locks for a client in Queens I went there to order. The whole order Total cost $925.44. When I went to pick up the locks they gave me the locks, card and keys. When my customer and I went to make a copy of the key from another locksmith the locksmith recognized that it was the incorrect card. When we contacted Baychester Locksmith he said it was the other locksmith's error. That he somehow mixed up the card. But I was there watching that never happened. So my customer wrote Medeco and they sent him a letter back saying that Baychester Locksmith can re-pin the locks to match the card that they gave in error originally. Baychester Locksmith never suggested or offered that as a solution. So when I went back to Baychester Locksmith with the letter from Medeco to tell them that they just needed to re-pin so I can satisfy my customer and get the right product. They had the odasity to Charge me an additional $987.98 to re-pin the locks. Save your money go to a reputable locksmith like Webster Locksmith.
