They saved me over $200 for two keys to my car. Keymaster Inc tried to charge me $135 PER KEY!! These guys did it for $35 each. Great customer service great people. Will use them as my go-to locksmith every time!

These guys are great. Kevin and company delivered a Safeco safe to my house and brought it upstairs for me. (Silly me forgot about that part). Did other doors around the house, including changing the deadbolt plate on a door that needed fixing that I didn't even ask about. He arranged a time so I didn't have to take the day off from work. He said, 'If you are on time and home, I am on time and there ready to go'. Good guys, they did great work.

Explained I needed a key cut for a Jaguar. He told me that he did not provide this service and recommended a person named Walter. I called Walter and set up an open ended appointment for an afternoon and he would call on that day and do the job. We spoke that day about noon and he assured me that he was set to do the job. He never called back I called twice no response. I text him and he text back go to a dealer. What I get from this is that Walter may be an unlicensed lone wolf kinda person who could care less about being a professional locksmith. These type of people give all industries a bad reputation. So if this guy Walter is recommended to you be weary ask A Preferred if Walter is licensed and bonded.

To my great surprise and delight, he was here this morning as soon as the office opened. It took him 15 minutes to complete the task - he was thorough, neat, and pleasant to work with. Called on a Sunday afternoon... Spoke with someone, they asked for some photos of what I wanted done. I sent them over and got a reply later that day. He called me on the following morning and the job is done. Boom. Fast, reasonable and the work was done professionally and with care. I would gladly recommend them.

With seconds he called me back, gave me a price (which was way less than the others I had called previously) and told me he can be at our office within the next 20 minutes.
