Rich and his coworker saved the day! I lost the key for my Ford Transit tiny home on wheels and he came to my house and printed me a fob key, a normal key and a key to unlock the doors in emergncies. My battery had also died and to get to the battery involved taking the drivers seat off and they pulled out tools in the cold to get it done. They totally didnt have to do that but they stayed and jump started the car and then tested the keys. Thanks for your great service guys!!

Absolutely 5 Star Service! I needed to replace a lost key for my 2012 Jeep Wrangler. Rich was on top of it as soon as I called. Offered an appointment and worked around my schedule! Met Izzy for the job. He cut and programmed my key in less time than it would have taken to fill up with a tank off gas.These guys are fantastic. Do NOT go to your dealership to get a replacement key because they'll charge you an arm and a leg for a job that takes 5 minutes. Great service and great price!

These guys are great. It was a holiday weekend and Rich worked hard to try and find a replacement key fob. When we couldnt locate one he offered to program one I bought from a dealer. Highly recommend Popalock Westchester !! I hope I dont have to call them again but if I ever need a locksmith in White Plains they will be in my speed dial for sure!!

Just an overall fantastic experience with Pop-A-Lock Westchester. Somehow lost my keys while parked in White Plains and needed to find a reliable service. Was with my 12 and 15 year old daughters and didn't want to be stuck out in the cold for hours. Got in touch with Rich and had great communications throughout the process with multiple check-ins even though the entire process was less than an hour. Appreciated the safety of seeing the wrapped Pop A Lock vehicle as there was no doubt who was pulling up. Had called a couple of companies and was able to compare prices and know we got a great price on the service. Would highly recommend the Pop A Lock team if you have a need as they were fast, had a very fair price and were extremely professional.

Business owner very polite and accommodating. Unable to use this service provider as they do not create sidewinder/laser cut keys for Volvo, Mercedes Benz and BMW since the dealers won't share key codes with them. They can create copies, just not originals from code. Please make a note of it if you LOSE ALL YOUR KEYS. I did have an issue with the daytime Dispatcher, manager did apologize for her lack of caring, but I am sure she will be better trained in future. Lastly, if you don't get a call back = they can't fix your car. move on to the next locksmith.

I purchased a new 'used' vehicle this Fall. It came with only one key fob. So annoying! So I contacted Pop-A-Lock of Westchester and they came to me at my place of work. They spent almost half a day working in the parking lot. Due to some difficulties in programming, they rescheduled for another day that week. They actually came to where I was getting my hair done and worked on the fob in that parking lot! Perfection! It was done. 2 weeks ago on 3/25, I called because my car wouldn't start due to a damaged key. they literally went above and beyond for me. he came to pick up my damaged key from Stamford, CT and took it back to Westchester to program a new key then drove it back to Stamford to test it. The quality of customer service exceeded my expectations and he gave me a GREAT price -- i did not feel like i was being overcharged (especially with being a young woman). Great guy & great company!!!

How can you not give someone 5 stars when their first instinct is to walk you through how to do it yourself before he sends someone out? Richie was the ultimate business owner and has our business for life. We locked ourselves out of our room, couldn't get it open. Richie said he wanted to see if he could walk me through it first before he sent one of his guys out. He did and saved me a $185!! Now I know that if I ever call him and he says he has to send someone out, then it really has to happen. He even did this on a Friday afternoon -- this is the place to call! You will be in great hands.

Pop-A-Lock was great. We had called another company first to come unlock our door, but they said that they would have to either drill our lock or pop our door open with these air bags. That would have broken our door. The other company also took over an hour and a half to come to our apartment. Pop-A-Lock came within 8 minutes, and they opened our door by sliding a card in. They also were much cheaper than the other company.

Richie had some trouble locating the proper remote - so he personally drove to a supplier in Brooklyn to get the correct one! Had a lockout at the worst time and needed help fast. Found Pop-A-Lock locksmith online and called. They were very courteous and took my location and had someone out to me within 20 minutes. Obviously they were able to 'pop the lock,' but the little things are what made the experience great - the locksmith was personable and polite, he arrived in a clearly labeled/marked Pop-A-Lot vehicle and uniform so I knew exactly who I was dealing with (unlike some places I've dealt with in the past, where you get some shady guy who has trouble communicating and arrives in plainclothes and a van that leaves you a bit worried with who showed up).No one wants to get locked out of their vehicle, but the folks at Pop-A-Lock took care of me with the highest level of professionalism and much faster than I expected (seriously, who resolves a lockout on a weekend within 20 minutes, I've never seen that before - these guys will get you taken care of fast!)

Had Pop A Lock come to look a replacing the locks on my security door and front door to the house. They came and checked the job and then submitted an estimate within the week. When I agreed, they came the following day and changed the locks and door knobs, keyed the locks alike (as requested) and reviewed the completed work with me. All came out clean and professional. I am quite pleased with the entire process and the completed work. Would definitely use them again!

Guess they don't need the business.'However, in business, customer service is key, and the owner personally called me to apologize and was able to handle the manner efficiency and professionally. I had a perfect experience with Pop A Lock of Westchester. Since both of my kids are driving now I decided to make 2 duplicate '98 Ford Mustang keys, in case the originals get lost :) Richie set up the appointment and quoted me the price. Sean, one of the owners, and his colleague came to my home, at my convenience the following day and made the custom keys which needed to be programmed with a special code, straight from their van. Although it was a tricky job, the team stuck with it and produced my 2 new keys! They were very courteous, on time, and reasonably priced. He met me at the train station lot and took his time to made sure the job was done right - when the original key he got from his supplier was defective (smart key function not working), he got it working well enough to get me home, then met me the next day with a new fob that worked perfectly.
