They broke my key and the man who replaced my battery denied it and got an attitude! He tried to say the key was already broken but didnt seem to mention that to my mother when she brought it in. They tried to super glue it back together but apparently didnt work! Then try to justify it by saying its a used key .. well duh! They told me it was $110 to replace the key which he had broken but the owner could only knock off $5.00. WHAT A JOKE!!! Dont take your keys here if you need the battery replaced!!!

They do adequate work but the last time I tried to contact them they were closed. The man on call kindly let me know that rates were doubled due to the holiday season, so I called another locksmith who was available immediately at regular (and very reasonable!) rates.

It's been two weeks since I called them to get them to come out and install a commercial door lock system on a building. The lady said that she would have them call me back and set up a time to come out and take care of it no call back still waiting. I guess my money ain't good enough.
