On SuperBowl Sunday, after a very long day of work; I inadvertently locked my keys, purse, phone and 8 week old puppy in my car. Jason came within minutes, expertly opened my door and got me back inside my car. He was so kind to offer his service at no charge because of my new puppy. Silly me decided to leave my car running while I ran into the convenience store, well low and behold I ended up locked out of my car. This business is the best in the area for roadside help! I called and let the guy know that I accidentally locked my daughter in the car, and he told me he was going to get there as fast as he possibly could. Turns out he showed up in just about 7 minutes! I could not be more grateful for this local business, they apparently don't even charge for lockouts involving kids or pets, absolutely high class customer care. I will be calling Lock Down every single time I might need help. Thank you guys so much!

Very satisfied customer! Austin has unlocked my car multiple times in the Biltmore Park- as I seem to leave my keys on the front seat. Very quick service, their ETA is always shorter than everyone else, and their customer service is above and beyond each time I speak with the man in charge, or Austin. SO INCREDIBLE!! I locked my keys in the car late at night on a Saturday at a middle-of-nowhere gas station in Swannanoa and these guys were there in 12 minutes and had me in my car in 5 seconds and charged an incredibly reasonable price considering the weekend/late hour time. Great service!! My dog accidentally locked me out of my Jeep and the car was not running! Good thing is I had a window slightly open. He didn't charge me because I had my dog locked inside (that's their policy! for kids too) I called them and the guy was there just a few minutes later. It was quick and safe!

My dog locked me out of my truck, luckily it was running. I called a local place in Asheville, they recommended Lock Down. I called and the guy drove from Fletcher in around 30 minutes and unlocked my truck in less than 30 seconds..best part about it is that he didnt charge me. His policy is free unlocks for dogs and kids. Anyone who has this sort of kindness in their heart deserves the highest rating, would rate higher than a 5 star if I could! Highly recommend!

I left my key fob in the front seat of the car and my dog stepped on it and locked the door. It was late at night, I called lots of other people and no one else answered. Lock Down was a life saver for my family tonight. The battery on our electronic key pad at our Airbnb in Maggie Valley went dead and the property owner/host could not be reached at all - by phone, text, email, ANYTHING. Our dog was in the house and wed been gone all day and had no other way in the house. Lock Down came all the way from Asheville right away and were the only service that actually answered. What a great experience! They helped my stranded, out-of-town daughter get back into her car when previous emergency road service technician sent by Insurance Company could not get in. The best service I could have asked for! I was picking up food at Panera bread and my two dogs were in the car, of course by the time I had gotten back to the car they had pushed the lock button. I was freaking out and this was the first service that came up on google. I called, and they arrived within the next 5 minutes and took less than 3 minutes to unlock my car! Also, my dogs were going crazy and that didn't scare them thankfully (I mean crazy as in we are going to break this window down and attack this random guy trying to get into the car). I was so grateful for the incredible service/help! Not to mention, it was FREE, like LEGIT FREE, because there were animals in the car. (Same goes for when there are children). I figured there would be some sort of catch but there wasn't! So so so grateful for the companys help and if anything ever happens again like this you can be sure I will be calling them again!

Not only got me back into my house after an unreasonably long day, but even with the measures he had to take (not to mention the time it took) he still went above and beyond my expectations and replaced my deadbolt. Jason came and saved the day within 5 minutes of his arrival, I had locked my keys in the trunk of a 95 Mercedes with no spare key, i called Jason who arrived on time and used two air bag pumps to lift the trunk lid and slid a small wire in the gap, he then miraculously and BLINDLY managed to hook the key ring on the end of the wire and pulled it through the gap, all within a few minutes, I don't know if it was pure luck, or pure professionalism but I know who I'm calling if it ever happens again!
