So Justin came out on Sunday to fix my 2016 Ford Fiesta ignition switch. We were hoping to get it unlocked but couldn't. He was awesome. Tuesday Brad and two other workers came out (don't remember the names) and they put my ignition switch on. I'm back on the road. Five all the way. If I ever need assistance again I'm calling them. Amazing workers.

Brad was very professional courteous and friendly on the phone and in person.My key got stuck in my door and I knew I needed to get the cylinder redone.Pop-A-Lock redid the cylinder, programmed two new keys all for the price that other people charged just for two keys.Brad also told me did I did not need to redo the cylinder on the ignition and if I needed to redo it he would honor the price that he was going to charge.Pop-A-Lock got this done quickly.I will use them again for any key or lock issues

How convenient can it be? My key fob was programmed in 5 minutes and I was on my way in 15 minutes. Easy peasy. Friendly, courteous service. I saved $155 off dealer quote by purchasing key fob thru Amazon & having Pop A Lock program it. I highly recommend this company.

The only thing that prevented this from being a full 5 star review was that it took two calls to reach a call center rep who knew they had service in Asheville.

Pop a lock unlocked my car in less than 2 minutes, they were on time and were able to get in my car without having to pry or damage the vehicle! The price is also unbeatable if your insurance doesnt cover the service.

I locked my keys in my 06 bmw 330i, and was getting so frustrated. After almost 5 hours of trying to get it opened, I decided to call it quits and give pop a lock a call. They sent out a guy named Justin, who was wonderful. He texted me a half hour before hand, arrived before he said he would, was very professional, kind and understanding. It took him no more than 5 minutes to do what I couldn't do in 5 hours. And for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend pop a lock. I will only call them if this happens again. Thanks Justin!

This is an overpriced franchise! STAY AWAY! I called what ended up being a call center somewhere & spoke to someone who knew nothing about Asheville. I was told to even get a price I would have to have the physical address for the outlet mall on brevard rd. When they finally were able to give me a price it was almost double what Brian charged me to make the key to my 84 mustang. This company also told me it would be the next day before they could make the key to my car because they would have to get the key from their main shop in Tennessee. Not a local company & not good service! These folks seem to just be out for the money. My advice is to call someone local, save money, & be happier!

Our car's battery died and we needed a jump. Via Geico Insurance, Pop A Lock was sent out. Geico told us that it would be a 40 minute wait but Pop A Lock arrived within 20 minutes. They called ahead to let us know that they were on their way and arrived promptly. Within minutes, our car was running and we were good to go. They were prompt, efficient, and courteous. Highly recommend them!

These guys unlocked my car due to me losing my keys, then a few days later they programmed 2 new key fobs & cut two new keys for my vehicle.The entire time they had excellent communication & were 100% upfront and honest on how much their services would cost. The day they programmed the keys, my battery was dead due to my alarm going off. They hooked up a battery pack, programmed the two keys, then cut the two manual keys in a timely manner. I could not be happier with Xander & his team.Oh yeah, these guys helped me save over $350 from what the dealer wouldve charged for ONE KEY.
