I have been using Postal Connections for about a decade. I haven't used any other source of shipping since. Recently, I had a HUGE shipment for my ill father, who lives on the opposite coast. They not only packed and sealed my own boxes but made shipping labels. They also found a way to reduce the cost from a good 3 figures, to 2 figures. I can't thank them enough. This is my favorite go-to place for shipping supplies! I try to order in bulk online but when i'm in need locally, I don't go anywhere else! They saved my skin this morning when i was waiting on fedex to deliver the boxes I had ordered but knew I wouldn't get them in time today and couldn't wait until tomorrow! Always buy my printer cartridges here too (not online! Wonderful customer service EVERY SINGLE TIME and super dependable! Love this store!

I requested to have 78 b&w copies made on Christmas letter stationary. She made 1 good copy out of 78 and the other 77 copies were upside down on the ChristmS stationary. To correct her mistake she made 77 color copies from the one correct copy on the Christmas stationary. She should have checked the orientation of the Christmas stationary sheets before starting to copy. As a result, I spent $13 for the Christmas stationary which was a total loss. Postal Connections charged me $8.33 for the 78 color copies due to the error, when there should have been no charge because it was their error. Also, the replacement color copies color quality was not near as good than if copied on the Christmas stationary. I cannot recommend Postal Connections for making any copies, plus I will not patronize the store again.

What a great place... Went in in a bind needing 100 shipping pouches for a shipment going out today. I saw they only had one on the counter, they checked and had two bags (50 each) that was it. They gave both the bags to me leaving themselves with none.This kind of customer swervice is not found everyone and should be praised. Thank you for saving the day!
