Called today and serviced today. Spencer arrived on time and actually had to wait for me (can't hear doorbell on 3rd floor!). He was extremely polite, courteous, professional and observed the '6-feet' rule we are all currently observing. He changed all our locks within 1.5 hrs, walked me through everything and made sure I was completely satisfied before he left. I would highly recommend Cary Lock and Key to anyone who needs service.

I went here to make a couple of copies for my key, the person in the front was extremely nice and courteous. I also pointed out to him that when I called the business phone number from google no one picked up. He asked me if I can do it one more time so he can figure out why it was not working, apparently the number was listed wrong in google maps. He immediately waived all the charges for the keys just for helping him resolve this problem. I don't think I did much, but he was nice enough to do what he did!
