I am highly impressed. I lost my Honda key with the remote. I called them a day ahead and less than 24 hrs they already ordered me a key without even meeting me. I drive to the store see the 2 most happiest men and they quickly before 12 pm gave me 1 key for free andddddd my Honda key again. And now Im sitting in my car highly recommend nice people very professional and speeedyyyy quick service.

I had the most positive client service experience with Miles. We lost the key fob to one of our cars. I called Carolina Key and Miles knew exactly what type of fob we needed. He ordered the key, took the payment over the phone, and when I went into the store for programming, the job took less than 20 minutes. This was a really great experience in customer service. I called because I had a key I just paid over 150.00 break into pieces. Miles gave me options that didnt cost as much as the last key shop. So I went in today and he made me one key that only cost a lot less than Half the last key but then he offered to fix my original key by placing it in a better quality casing at half of the price. Then he said he could also fix my broken key. All at less than what the original key cost. These guys are awesome and it was a really great experience. Personal customer service is a dying art but Miles is really knowledgeable and great at explaining things. I highly recommend you come here for all your key needs.

The tiny screw of my Honda Pilot key fob had fallen out and I couldn't find the right size anywhere. Until I went to Carolina Key where the great guys they're fixed me up and truly did not charge an arm and a leg. I contacted Carolina Key after my keys were stolen. Turns out the dealership wont replace keys once the vehicle is 10+ years old. They were prompt to return my call and very clear what services they could offer and the prices of each. In less than 24 hrs. they replaced my truck keys and wiped the security system so my old keys would no longer work. They also replaced the key fobs. I truly appreciated the education they provided on how a smart key system works. The locksmith was very personable. A true pleasure.

The first locksmith I called replied with a disappointing 'Shops closed, can't help you and I have no idea who can'. I was about to admit defeat and have my car towed to the dealership when I was told to try Carolina Key, and I couldn't be happier that I did.Matt and Myles saved the day when they drove out to my stranded car with two perfectly cut keys. I lost my key remote (my only one) to my 2015 Altima. I called yesterday, spoke to Matt (owner). He answered all my questions. I didn't realize how smooth the process would be to get a new remote! Going to the dealership would have cost hundreds more, including towing. Today, I have my new remotes (two)! They will come to your home! I should have called days ago.

Very friendly and responsive service. I needed a new smart key to replace my lost spare key before turning in my Hyundai at lease end. I bought a used original manufacturer key online and they programmed and copied it for me. I could have also bought a key from Carolina Key directly but only discovered them after I had ordered the key online. The whole process saves me over $100 and probably many hours of time than if I had gone through the dealership. They took about 15-20 minutes with a scheduled appointment and I read/heard that dealerships take hours and hours to make a smart key copy. I wouldnt hesitate to use Carolina Key again!

Highly recommend for spare vehicle keys! Less $ than dealership. Comparable $ to Ace Hdwe. Did have to pay in advance to order fob-type key blanks for a specific vehicle model. These folks fit me in around my work schedule, and they cut & programmed multiple keys within a half-hour. Had to tear my talkative self away from Miles, owner Matt, and the shop's handsome dog Peanut Butter.

I just had my keys reprogrammed here after my car had been stolen. In my case, the thieves still had my other key fab and could have potentially just come back and stolen the car again, so time was of the essence. Carolina Key worked with me to understand my options and get the car's key history wiped as well as get the new keys programmed in a timely manner. The Carolina Key folks even came out to our house in a couple of hours after I called. (I would have had to pay for a tow to the dealer, and would have been without my car for three days.) We bought a new (to us) car that came with only 1 key with a slightly worn key fob. The dealership was going to charge a lot of money to get us another one. Carolina Key got us 2 keys with the fobs and 1 spare for about the price that dealership was going to get us 1 key with a fob. We missed an appointment before but they were very understanding and easy to reschedule with.
