I called to get information on why I was waiting over 2hrs for a technician to come back because the first technician could not complete the job. The First Lady I spoke to was so rude and disrespectful and told me there were no available techs and I would have to Go somewhere else and rudely hung up one me. I called back and the second lady Eva was laughing and giggling when I told her what was going on and wouldnt give me the other ladies information so I could contact her manager about her.... These ladies that work at the call center Eva and the First Lady are so unprofessional and rude especially at a stressful time like this I would not recommend this business establishment if they were the last on Earth seriously!!!!!! The first Technician that came out was soooo awesome I can say that but this whole experience is trash and I will be contacting HR!!!!!
