I would give this business 0 stars if I could. I was stranded at a gas station after having some car troubles on my way home from work at 5:30 pm on a weekday. Because I was distressed about my vehicle I went with the owner Mr. Deedle Walkers company because he was the first person to answer the phone. After arriving and taking almost an hour to load my small car, he proceeded to take advantage of the fact that I was in distress and wanted to get home to my child by charging $200 for after hours service. Upon getting home and telling my husband, we found that this tow should have been between $50 and $80 given the rates of other local companies. When my husband called to ask Mr. walker why he charged so much, he told my husband that he would have done it for $80, but since she didnt ask that the price he charged. When my husband confronted him, the owner Deedle Walker, hung up on him. When my husband tried to call him back to ask why he hung up in response to basic pricing questions and poor customer service, Mr. Walker immediately hung up the phone again and has refused to answer any further calls. Upon talking to other members of the community, we have become aware that it is well known that Walkers is a disreputable business and is known for conning and taking advantage of customers whenever possible. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Tell everyone you know to stay away. I wish that I had pushed my car rather than allowing myself to be taken advantage of by this man and the way he runs his business.

The owner, Deedle Walker, saw an opportunity to take advantage of my wife when she was stranded on her way home for work and didnt hesitate to jump on it.He charged $200 for towing her 3.8 miles at 5:30pm on a Tuesday.After finding out what happened I called to ask what he would charge for a towing a small car less than 5 miles at 5:30 in the afternoon. He agreed that $80 would be reasonable under those circumstances.I then asked him why he had charged my wife more than 2.5 times more than that the night before under the same conditions.He then got very defensive and said she didnt ask and that was his price.He then became very rude and defensive and then hung up on me.When I called back, he hung up again almost immediately. And he has refused to answer the phone since.Steer clear of this place at all costs!

If I couldve gave this place 0 stars I would have. The staff is rude. They dont answer your questions... they just hang up on you. If you have any Tow needs I recommend Hales Towing

You must not judge a book by its cover! Deedle is a very kind soul who I believe is misunderstood. We called him because my son left our only set of keys in the car. He came at almost midnight in the rain and got our keys out and made us laugh while at it. Thank you Deedle!

I usually don't leave reviews but this time I have to. dude was rude as hell!!!! I came to get my tags on the car that's been totaled here. I live in Lexington and was letting a friend use the car and it was totaled. I came all the way up here to get my tags and first off, nobody was here to help me and when I called him he was hateful and ugly. I asked him how much it would be because 'I need my money for my work I did' (all he did was park it) and he told me to 'do the math'. don't let any towing company bring your car here, go somewhere else if you don't wanna pay $1000 or more for your car to just chill here.

I called to see how much it would be to have a lock cut off a storage unit I have so I could get into it. I said thank you but the price I was quoted is more than I can afford and he quite rudely told me to have a good day and hung up on me. Do NOT call on them to help you. That was very poorly handled. Never again will I seek their assistance.

Mr. Walker only shows up if you call ahead, wants you leave vehicle, will give no time frame for completion of work or even an estimate of cost. When I asked he answered that these things take a long time and wouldn't I like to leave the vehicle and go home. Overall, a sketchy experience at best. Needless to say, I did not allow him to perform the alignment on my vehicle.

DO NOT call these people for help! The website says 24 hours.I called and a man answered, he sounded like he had been drinking. I told him my situation (which was, I'm locked out of my house in my pajamas at 10:30 at night) and he told me to call some guy named Waldo in Reidsville.
