I have had to call a locksmith a few times in my life and I always felt ripped off. Not this time. These guys are courteous, professional and transparent with pricing. They are also fast!I locked my keys in my rental car on the way to the airport and Adam was there within 30 minutes and had me back on the road in time to make my flight. Keep up the good work guys!

Adam rekeyed the locks when we moved into our new house. He came the same day I called and was punctual and professional. He also gave me some suggestions on securing our home. I was extremely happy with the service I received and would use CLM Locksmith again.

They don't handle pop up camper locks. And their call was very short.Edit* email me and we can continue the dialogue. But in the end, the 5 star review was given to the guy that fielded my questions, researched the lock I did have an issue with, and met with me to not only help me remove the lock, but re key the cylinder with a new set of keys. Your statement you claim as 'inform'ing was short without even knowing what kind of lock I was inquiring about. You focused on the 'pop-up camper' verbiage and drew the line in the sand. It's ok, you saved yourself the hassle and put the burden on the next small business. Clearly I was displeased and folks should understand why. As a specialist in locks, keys, and services a locksmith is known for, at a minimum I would at least hope details were understood before being written off. For this, you failed to get my service and at best a 2 star review. I do appreciate the follow up Adam, your sleuthing of the internet reviews I have posted is telling of how much time you have. Thank you again for reaching out after the fact.

I work night shifts at Novant Health in Huntersville and locked my keys in my car. I called after my shift when I realized shortly after they opened. I was told that my savoir (Devin) would arrive within 30 minutes. Being that it was chilly out and I had just got done with a 13 hour shift, I fell asleep while I waited. For roughly 20 minutes. I called just to double check that Devin had tried to reach me and couldn't get through because I was waiting in the basement of the building and we don't always have the best of service. Immediately after I got off the phone with the person at the desk, Devin contacted me to let me know that he was minutes away. So, happily, he fell within the 30 minute time frame I was given. Devin was very kind. While he was working on getting my not-so-agreeable car, he offered to let me sit in his truck to get out of the cold. Very sweet and respectful employee. Funny too.The only reason I am giving 4 stars out of 5 is because this is the most expensive Locksmith I have come across to date, and my crazy forgetful a** locks my keys in my car a few times a year. So, I was not expecting the price. But, beggars cannot be chooser as they say. If I am within this vicinity (I do not live nearby) I will come back to this company regardless of the price due to the quick and courteous services I received as a customer.

Had a safe emergency on a Sunday and called CLM. They answered immediately and had a technician out to our hotel in 20 mins. Joseph was our technician and did a great job! Very informative while opening the safe and personable. Since we just moved here, I will definitely use them in the future if needed!

I was quoted $80, and after an effortless unlock of my car, he told me it was going to be $150 due to being a 'luxury car' according to the tech and due to being 'after hours' according to the dispatcher who initially quoted me the $80 thirty minutes prior. I would have been completely fine if I was given the correct price right away, or told before that there is an upcharge for a nicer vehicle (which was still scratched, but I understand that its hard not to. I don't hold the tech accountable for that, it just sucks.) The job got finished within the hour, but the principle of changing the price because it is a high end car (nearly 10 year old GM car) was ridiculous.

We had our key break in our lock and were able to remove the piece, but we were stuck outside! Called CLM and were very pleased. He was very friendly and gave accurate information over the phone. He then arrived quickly, assessed the situation, and we were inside in 3 minutes! There was enough of our key left that he just made a copy in his truck for us. I hope not to need a locksmith anytime soon, but if I ever do again, I will be calling them for sure! Adam was the locksmith who came out and helped us, by the way. Thanks for great customer service and making a difficult situation pleasant!
