Marty is fantastic! He recently installed a new door access system in my business. He was very quick to respond and was able to complete the install within days. He was very thorough and made sure I understood everything about the system. This was the first time Marty had installed this particular system, so I was very impressed with his knowledge of the system and also his willingness to ask the manufacturer for help. I have had questions since the initial installation and he has quickly responded to all of them. He is reliable, trustworthy and follows through to complete the job. He offered me a very competitive price for an install and educated me on what to buy. He must have spent a half hour making sure that I understood everything and even gave me his cell phone number to text him with any questions I had. Today he did the install and it looks amazing. He even left my garage cleaner than when he got there. He spent ample time with me explaining how things work so that I can properly maintain things in the future. I highly recommend him!

Had to Evict my tenant. Sheriff Came to do a lockout and I needed to have a locksmith come and change the locks. They were there 20 minutes early. When the Sheriff came the job was complete in about 10 minutes. Great price and perfect customer service. If you need this job done, call these guys cause the Sheriff doesn't want to wait!

Marty just came out because one of our employees inadvertently dead bolted our warehouse door from the inside, so we were unable to enter into the warehouse. He was AMAZING! He explained everything that needed to be done before beginning to do it, he offered me several different options on what we could do as far as switching the locks around to the other side of the door, provided me with two brand new keys, and was so sweet to my dog, Rudy. His customer service skills were exceptional! He was friendly, kind, thorough, knowledgeable and just had such a positive energy. Marty even brought his own broom and dust pan and swept up any tiny bit of debris that he got onto our (already dirty) floor. If you need a locksmith, call Marty over at E&S Security & Locksmith!
