This morning we had an issue with the safe in our pharmacy, and were unable to open it to get our medication and register tills. We were desperate to get it open so that we could take care of our patients. The representative that answered the phone was extremely helpful, but we were still unable to open the safe. She explained that with everything going on around us their workload was heavier than normal. Completely understandable and not their fault at all. Unsure about when she could get someone out, she took my information and had a technician FaceTime me to see if he could help remotely. Unfortunately he was unable to diagnose the issue over FaceTime. By the luck of ALL luck he happened to have a call in our area today, and said he would stop by on his way to check the situation out. Not only was he there in less than 20 minutes, he was able to get into our safe, service the damaged parts, and save the day in under 30 minutes! Well never be able to thank them enough for taking the time to fit us in and helping us get back to what we do best - caring for our community. Highly, HIGHLY recommend Marshalls. Thank you beyond measure from the Corner Drug Stores family!

This was my second visit here and I must say last time they met my expectations but this time they exceeded my expectations. Craig's knowledge and Ryan's costumer service to troubleshoot getting my keys programmed made it a pleasure to visit. I will definitely use them again. Highly recommended.

Real great place for your keying needs. Their prices are very reasonable and they know what theyre doing. Have used them several times over the years for stuff like opening a filing cabinet we lost the key to, keying cylinders, creating keys to fit a cylinder we lost the keys to, etc. Highly recommended.

Stopped by today to get a cylinder lock opened on my Digital MicroVault safe. I was immediately helped at the counter by friendly personnel. My lock was opened in under 5 minutes. I am now wishing I had visited them several months back when I made the mistake of tossing my key into the safe just before closing it. Oh well, live and learn. Marshall's Locksmith Service is great!

They've got Mr. Miyagi on staff.Went in with a lockbox that the keys were stollen from/didn't have a spare - Guy comes up, looks at it, makes sure I'm ok with them having to break it open if necessary (yes I was), grabs a massive ring of about 100+ keys, looks around at all the keys, picks one...First try he picks a key that works for the lock. Makes a copy and I am all set.First experience with this company, but they were fantastic and I highly recommend

Danny took my call and was very thorough when answering all my questions. He quickly got me set up for an appointment. Marshall's called ahead of time to let me know when they would arrive at my house. Lucas arrived on time, was very professional, didn't flinch a bit when the dogs started barking at him and quickly finished up re-keying my locks! Very happy with the overall service and felt safe having them in my house.

Excellent service !!! Got my car's driver side lock cylinder fixed. Though the OEM part was tough to get in short time, they searched their inventory to find a match and replaced it. Also got the handle changed for no cost. Dont go anywhere else if you have some complex lock/key issues. These guys are best.I recommend Marshall's!!!

Fast, friendly, and affordable!The mechanic broke off the key in the hard lid lock, and we were able to fish it out but had 2 broken pieces and no access to the truck bed.I called ahead and was recommended a less busy time to swing by. When I stopped in, I was helped immediately, and in less time than it took to break the key in the first place, I left with 2 new keys for $6 that work better than the old one did the entire time we've had the truck!Thanks guys!

These folks programmed my key for my Dodge Ram Quickly. It would have been a five star but the guy messed up the cutting of the actual key part of the fobic. Still they gave me a seperate key for that.

Great, friendly, and efficient service! I called to have a door lock secured and they were able to come out within an hour and were done in 30 minutes. Jason, the locksmith was very thorough and detailed in his technical work that he was providing and made sure that I didn't have to replace any keys! Very accurate and professional on all levels.

Totally customer centric. I was having trouble with my ignition lock cylinder in my car. They gave me tips to get it started so I could save money by driving to their shop instead of requesting a mobile repair (which they offered to do if I couldn't find a way there). When I arrived, they started working on my lock cylinder, starting with the least expensive options first, again trying to save me money. They repaired my lock cylinder, saving a couple hundred bucks.

Marshall's came recommended by 4 neighbors. The estimate process was very easy. I just emailed them pictures of the current door knobs I needed replaced. The technician , Chris, answered all my questions over the phone and was very quick when he came over to install 3 locks. I will use them again in the future.

I just had 2 deadbolts drilled and installed. I'm glad I paid the extra for them to swap out the old door knobs because everything mates up perfect. I've ruined a door AND a door jamb trying to install a deadbolt myself. Worth every penny.

Good price for service, got the job done well! They made up a key for me for a 50 year old vintage RV door lock that would have cost $300to replace. For $25 plus $2 for each key made up, they took an impression from the lock and I was all set in a few hours!

Excellent service people behind the counter and on the road.I am in construction (installing aluminum doors to be exact) and whenever I have a situation where the key didn't ship with the door, or it was lost, I always call Marshall's Locksmith.I have even had a toolbox on my truck where the keys were 'misplaced'. It took them all of 5 minutes to cut me new ones. If it is key or lock related, you can't go wrong with Marshall's.

They had no problem finding a key for my car that my local hardware store did not carry. Within minutes, I had 2 duplicate sets at a reasonable price. I also asked if they had any bathroom-lock keys and, because they are not sold separately, they searched and searched, found one on hand, and gave it to me - free! I recently called Marshalls Locksmith in Raleigh for a minor lock repair at me office. I explained my problem and the representative said they would have someone out that same day. 18 minutes later their technician was at our door. I cant even get a pizza that fast!!!. Regardless of the fact that they were in my area or not, that was really fast. The tech was friendly and efficiently fixed the one problem i called for as well as a second door i asked him to look at. No drama, just really honest and dependable service. The tech said I didn't need any parts and that internally some screws worked loose which kept the lock mechanism from engaging. The fact that I would have NEVER known what was broken or if parts were needed showed that his intention was to repair the problem not sell me a bunch of parts i didn't need. I highly recommend Marshalls.

After a short discussion over the phone about what I needed, I was talked down to and treated somewhat disrespectful. I know nothing about locks, but certainly didn't ask for be being treated like an idiot. Bottom line, they may be 'good' at what they do, but treating a potential customer like a fool isn't a way of doing business. I took my business elsewhere.
