This man is excellent he knows how to get u a key when u cant find urs from programming to cutting new keys also picks locks if ur locked out dont bother the negative reviews those r fake profiles from competitors this man is the man for any job for there aint a job to little or big this guy knows his stuff!! Lucky to have recieved one star! The worse customer service ever! I lost my car key, so I called this company the owner advised that he would be able to have my key overnighted and would be at his office by 12pm, granted shipments are unpredictable, it's possible it would come a little later. I, however, called spoke with the owner made him aware I would be on my way driving from Raleigh to meet where my car was. Once I was in Smithfield I eventually called him an he after being there he ignored all 3 attempts that I made. I made it 10mins down the road and he decides to call me back. Telling me he tried charging my card this morning for a deposited but the card was declined after he admitted he wrote the number down wrong and couldn't read his own hand writing!! I explained to him I would meet him at the shop but would only give my card number again after the job is completed he said ok and hung up. I returned to where my car was waited 30mins.... called the owner back only for him to tell me hes not coming and to get someone else to do the job, because ' I don't tell him When I will pay him' and hung up on me.!!! But proceeds to txt my phone! Unacceptable behavior and Service! Sad representation of a buisness man! For you to TRY and slander my character, sir I've served 8 years in the military, my integrity is the reason anyone trust me! In better news, this company KW, TOOK GREAT CARE OF ME! THE SAME DAY, YOU FLAKED ON ME. We had no issues! I suggest using this company to anyone who wants to avoid the hassle.

Great worker. The price was reasonable and the quality of the work was great. Average price to get my tumblers change in my ignition cylinder is around $1200. I paid $325 to grt it repaired and $40 for a new key. I would highly recommend them.

TOTALLY RAD FISHERMAN TOTALLY OBSESSED HUNTER

I TRIED SEVERAL LOCKSMITH OR SO CALLED LOCKSMITH AND THE HONDA STORE THAT WANTED TO CHARGE ME 3 TIMES WHAT ALS QUOTED ME. WHEN I CONTACTED ALS LOCKSMITH OR THE OWNER (MIKE LANCASTER) HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID EXACTLY WHAT HE TOLD ME OVER THE PHONE AND ACTUALLY AT A LITTLE LESS PRICE THAN WHAT HIS ORIGINAL QUOTE WAS. I TRIED SEVERAL PLACES TO HAVE MY HONDA ACCORD IGNITION REPAIRED. MIKE EXPLAINED EXACTLY WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AS HE DID THE WORK. I WILL NEVER HAVE ANYONE ELSE WORK ON MY LOCKSMITH NEEDS. IF YOU WANT A TO SAVE TIME AND MONEY AND A FOR SURE GET IT DONE RIGHT THE 1ST TIME THEN THIS LOCKSMITH IS THE ONE TO CALL. IM USUALLY VERY HARD ON BUSINESS LIKE THIS BUT A 5 JOB WAS DONE AND IF I COULD GIVE MORE I WOULD!!!!THANK YOU SO MUCH ALS LOCK SMITH AND MIKE LANCASTER FOR DOING A FANTASTIC JOB!! I was locked out of my house, pretty late as night, and I was pretty agitated with how long it took for him to get there. But he more than made up for it, by making me 2 extra spares for the house, and then just to be nice he made me a spare for my car and replaced and reconnected my key fob for my car. So by the end of the night, it was definitely worth my $100. I would recommend him.

Don't waste your time. Rude and unprofessional. Had some questions about cutting a key for a push button start vehicle. Hung up on me after 10 seconds once I said I didn't need him to program the chip in the key.

Ignition was stuck and key just broke off in ignition too and wife had to have vehicle for work.Mike at ALS Locksmith came out late last night and went the extra mile. He was able to pick the ignition my 2008 GM Truck , remove it, and then he removed all the tumblers and the broken end of the key from it . Then he reassembled everything and made me two regular keys and rewired the vehicle using the chip from the broken key to make a transponder key bypass module. The keys worked perfectly and now we can copy the key and don't have to use expensive computer keys. He spent 3 hours with me to make sure everything was satisfactory.Highly recommended

I would recommend this company to everyone!!! Great customer service and gets the job done !!!! Def worth the money! He repaired a part of the ignition that was unreplaceable because chrysler had discontinued it. And the antenna ring. He took the circuit board out of the old one and put it in a new one.
