This company did an outstanding Job!! Five stars does not give them justice I live far out in the country and they drove 45 min out their way to come help me out with my car! (Yes.. there are other closer locksmiths in my area, but they didnt answer my phone calls) while k&w locksmith answered on the second ring! Adam was very polite and quick! He came did his job and even gave us a discount on the price !! All while he worked in the RAIN @ 10 at night! I cant thank them enough !!

We needed two remote fobs programmed and their blank 'emergency key' inserts cut for our 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I acquired the fobs beforehand from online sources (OEM, used, like-new condition). Unfortunately, the dealerfrom whom we bought the Grand Cherokeewouldn't budge from the exorbitant fees they charge for programming/cutting each fob. I spent hours searching online for a locksmith equipped to program these high-tech 'smart remotes.' Info at KW's website and online reviews suggested they could handle it. My wife called, and a team of two from KW arrived at our home a couple hours later, at their predicted time. Within 20 minutes the blanks were cut, the two fobs programmed and individually tested for all five functions, and they were on their way. Between the money we saved buying quality OEM fobs (~ $45 each) and KW's fair price, we saved a small fortune compared with what our dealer would have charged for new fobs plus programming. In addition, KW saved us a 40-minute ride to Raleigh. The two KW locksmiths who took care of us were gentlemen, polite, friendly, efficient, and fair. I highly recommend KW, without reservation, for any situation, urgent or otherwise, that requires the service of a skilled locksmith. They could not have made things easier for us.

In a world where great service seems less common, or too automated, Kevin did an awesome job at getting a new key and fob made for my sons car. My son had lost his only key and when we arrived at the parking lot where the car was, Kevin had arrived early, stepped out of his work van, and pressed the key fob, and handed us the already made key. We literally waited long enough to say hi and pay him. Not only that but my initial call to him was on Memorial Day and he called me back immediately. Great service! Highly recommend!

I am a big believer in reviews, and there is a reason this guy gets five stars! I was locked out of my home for three hours in the cold when I was finally referred to Kevin. He drove thirty minutes at 11:00 at night, after hours, and had me in less than fifteen minutes, at a very reasonable rate. In fact, I paid him more as I was so thrilled to get back in. Tried to get a secondary key cut for my 2007 PT Cruiser. Wal-Mart didn't want to do it. The man, who was very kind and generous quoted me 60 to cut and program it which is a good damn deal if you have the money, I however am on limited income and he was willing to cut the key for 5 dollars so that with the car manuel I could program it myself. I recommend these guys.
