Jackie and Jimmy were able to fix my car key right away on a holiday weekend when I couldn't find anyone else who was open. You know, there is something wonderful about being from North Carolina. Today I remembered why. There is a little place that gives me big pride. The Key Place in Zebulon NC gave me not only a job well done on programming my new Key Fob for my 2013 Chevy Avalanche at a great price, but real people with heart, hard working and man am I so very proud of them.We are one and the connection wow I could have stayed and talked all day with Jackie and her Dad. Folks go there be there and feel the love. Oh and by the way they do more than program key fobs. They've got specialty Tags, Liners etc......

These folks were wonderful! Super quick and thorough service, had a key made while I waited. Jacquie was very professional and a joy to work with. In addition to making me a key on the spot she also did some additional research on parts that I needed and got back to me with 24 hrs of the holiday weekend with a quote. When she followed up with me she made a point to thank me for my military service and went out of her way to ensure a military discount was applied. Great family owned business! They know their trade, they made us two different keys by code (not just a copy of a worn out old key). Don't spend days running here and there looking for that hard to find key blank, start here! If I ever need keys again I know where to go! Great people with great prices! As I stated earlier in my review they are not making a cheap copy of an old worn out key so they don't have prices that reflect such but they are not as expensive as the car lots! GREAT PLACE WITH GREAT PEOPLE FOR A GREAT PRODUCT!!!

Family owned business with a professional staff. Very knowledgeable about keys and vehicle's. They helped me back into my vehicle, with a well made key for my Volvo. When we say Amazing we mean it. Imagine your 2 yr old throws your ignition key into the Garbage Disposal, and it cuts in half, there's a resistor on the key so it has to be programmed!!!! We called on the fly immediately on a Sarurday asked me to come it. We were there less than 15 mins, and the cut of the key was Perfect!!!!!!! Thank You! What a Life saver, we recommend The Key Place, 'the key to heaven is faith, but prayer unlocks the door'

in reading the other stellar reviews, it's hard to come up with anything new. This place is fantastic. As a woman, I was prepared to be 'talked down to' about my car/key issues. I was pleasantly surprised! Love this place! Family-owned, knowledgeable, patient.... Took the time to explain the why and the how of what he needed to do. And told me the cost upfront instead of waiting until he was finished. I felt empowered with ignition and key knowledge when I left. Cannot say enough good things. Hands down, the BEST customer service experience I have ever had.

I broke the ring connector for my electronic key. They gave me several options for dealing with the issue, including a very low cost plastic insert, service work to fix my key, or a brand new one at a higher price. I appreciate being given the options. I got a new one and they programmed it quickly and accurately. I really appreciate the friendly, professional service at The Key Place.
