Okay, let me start off with a huge THANK YOU BRIAN!!!! I called them first as they were first on my search and gave me a time frame but I was hoping for something sooner so I called 4 other companies on my search and yes they could come out sooner but the prices were so much more they ranged from $100 to $200... I didnt even reach $100 with Brian. He knew what he was doing. Was very kind and polite. He was able to get me back into my house and even use the same key for the used lock he used. Again, great job and Thanks!!!

This place is located in a very economically depressed part of the east side of Cleveland but they were open on a Saturday afternoon and could make the specialty keys I needed. It is a family business and the gentleman making the keys was cheerful and polite and very knowledgeable. I will be back, for sure.
