The owner Charity is very helpful! I did not end up using her service because she provided me with an option I can do myself free of charge. Once I explained what was wrong, instead of trying to schedule an appointment (like the other companies) she informed me of a more feasible option and offered to assist with the repair via FaceTime. I am so appreciative of her knowledge and generosity!

Chasity is amazing!!!My 19 yr old daughter was at a concert in Columbus with her friend- at the end of the concert she realized her purse had been stolen, meaning her ONLY set of car keys were gone...I called and spoke to Chasity hoping she could help, which she did!!!She made sure my daughter and friends got home that night Chasity even offered to let them all sleep on her couch because it was a problem finding a locksmith with the correct key, of course my daughters car key was extremely rare...but Chasity didnt stop until she found a locksmith to help. I was at the store, bought a bunch of groceries. Went to my car and realized I left me keys in the car. I called a locksmith, it was 23 out and they said 35 minutes. I waited 40 minutes no one showed up. I called and they were stuck on another call. I then looked and found 24 hour locksmith. I was told they will be at my car as soon as possible. They showed up in 15 minutes. Unlocked my door in less then to minites, i was so greatful. Great staff awsome service, highly recommend to anyone. Great rates. Thank you

So, I havent lived in Ohio very long, I have very few friends. I go out with a friend and get back to my place, unload my groceries, purse, cell, keys (yeah, thats important), and walk out to say goodnight to my co-worker...sigh, the door shuts and locks with me outside.We call 24 Hour and they are there within five minutes, and they got the door open without damaging the lock.All I can say is 24 Hour Locksmiths Columbus are now my only Locksmiths.
