Unbelievably responsive and high quality repair work! We had a sliding glass door with a defective handle, the locksmith asked us to take pictures of the handle and send them to him first to see if they could fix it vs. coming out and charging us - imagine that! They came out later that day on time, with the right parts, fixed the issue, and were very reasonably priced. If you need any type of lock work done look no further.

I have used this locksmith several times over the past 18 since Ive lived in my home. I locked myself out of my house, and immediately called Tri-County. Their high level of providing the best of service is still consistent with all of my past experience. This includes responding to my call quickly, arriving at my house shortly thereafter, taking care of getting me back in my house, while also having a great sense of humor. Theres nothing better than having a company that is consistently reliable. I highly recommend this locksmith!!!

One of our cashiers step outside and had shut the door behind her locking her completely out of our business. We had no way of getting into the location. It was on the weekend at 6 in the morning. We called locksmith and no one answered. Then we found A-Tri-County Lock and called him. He said he would be there in an hour. He came right on time like he said he would. It took him a minute to get the door opened. We were very gracious for his services especially as a business ourselves. The charge was extremely reasonable due to the circumstances and the weekend. It was under 200. I would most definitely recommend this companies services. He was very prompt, friendly, and his service was quick. He takes cash or credit card as well.
