Great experience going there to get 2 keys copied. I came in with a motorcycle key blank and they charged me next to nothing to get it copied. No one else could do this for me so it was great.Overall great business and very friendly guys working there. I wish I had more key needs so I could stop in more, but for the one experience I had there I was grateful.

My date changed purses for the evening out and left her house keys in her daytime purse. Returned from Saturday night concert and realized she was locked out. Called a number of locksmiths at 10:30 PM and found Mark at Reliable Locksmiths who arrived in 20 minutes and worked three angles to get her front door open. $40 daytime rescue service and $60 after hours is very reasonable. Mark, you are a blessing and have both of us now as customers from now on.

I locked my keys in the trunk of my car and had no way of getting in the trunk. I called AAA and all they did was unlock my car, which made it so my trunk wouldnt open with the button & they left. I called reliable locksmithing and Mark sat outside in the heat for over 2 hours trying to find a way in. He made sure that I knew he wasnt going to just leave & eventually had his friend come help. We got into the car & even gave me an extra key. I was so surprised when I went to go pay. His prices are extremely affordable. If I could give him a 10 star review I would.

I wish I could give Mark even more stars! I was in a bind, so I called Mark at 9pm on Sat. evening. He came all the way to Massillon from Cuyhoga Falls the very next day. Re-keyed 3 house door locks and 3 deadbolt locks within 45 minutes. I'd had them re-keyed about 5 yrs ago and Mark charged 65% less and did a better job. Polite, friendly, and prompt...I will send all my family and friends to him.

Mark was transparent and honest about the work he does. We had him come out to replace a few inside door handles with lockable door handles, re key our front door, and install a new lock on a door with drilling. He goes above and beyond to get the job done and ensure you're comfortable with the job he did. Mark installed a keypad on my main door and changed all the other door locks to match it, so I only had one house key. He also replaced my front door handle to a better quality, non-tarnishing one, and installed a dead bolt. He was friendly and knowledgeable and explained how to change the code on the keypad. He was proficient, getting the job done quickly and accurately. Everything looks good and works great. I would, and have, recommended him to others

Needed some locks rekeyed on my 88 yr old mothers home. Mark came to the house the same day I called. He had the job done and additional keys made, that actually worked, in no time flat. While he was there I queried Mark about replacing a storm door non locking access with a locking access - he said it would not be a problem but would have to do a little research to find what he thought would work. I then asked about replacing a bothersome lock set up (we kept locking ourselves out because the door allowed one to open it from the inside when in locked position) on my home entry. He said he could do it the next day! We had been looking for a way to replace the lock setup on our home entry for more than a year - he had what we had been searching for on hand! The next day, Mark showed up on time, had the storm door replacement knob for my mother's home with him for my approval, replaced my door knob with a new one. He was then able to keyed it to match another existing entry lock so we now only need one key to get in both accesses to our home. He was fast and cleaned up everything. Mark then agreed to met me across town at my mothers home and replaced the storm door knob for her. My mother, my husband and myself are very satisfied with the quality of professionalism and care with which Mark performed these jobs. Mark charged a very fair fee for the jobs done. I have no problem with recommending Mark to anyone in need of locksmith work.

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! Honest, fast and very professional. Don't get ripped off by deceptive crooks who use deceptive practices to rip you off. Don't get suckered by con artists who will trick you with a $15 service call, then also charge an outlandish price once your door is unlocked. I will not hesitate to use Reliable Locksmithing again. They gave me an exact cost over the phone, which was a fraction of what the other company had charged me. I AM MORE THAN PLEASED!
