Great experience start to finish. Of the 4 locksmiths I called, Gem City was the only company that was able to tell me immediately what their prices were. The guy they sent was friendly, professional, flexible when I asked for a little more work, and did a great job. To add to all this, their prices were half of what their competitors charge.

Very Helpful! Needed a deadbolt fixed that wouldn't work. Called and made an appt. and they were able to come out and fix it the NEXT DAY! The tech was very friendly and helpful and as others have said prices were reasonable. Kudos. I highly recommend if you need lock or key service.
