We had 3 locks re-keyed today and after the locksmith left we noticed that one of the doors would not lock. I called in several times and was told that I would be called back in 'three to five minutes' which of course never happened. The last time calling I was told that the technician is busy and then they hung up.

My daughter called me upset after having her door unlocked. She called Express Locksmith and asked what the cost would be and they told her it was based on the vehicle involve. Well they were aware of the vehicle she had. It took 2 minutes to unlock her door and they charged her $259.00. She was floored. I thought that was a bit on the high side as well. If your looking for a place that won't break the bank, this place is NOT IT.
