Called 1.5 hrs in advance to have an interior keyed bedroom door unlocked (no key replacement or lock change). 24 hr service said they would have tech call me 3 times, tech never called. Was quoted around $100 for emergency service. Tech showed up and promptly told me that just to unlock the door would be $250 b/c it's emergency call. Asked what I would pay and I said $100 and he said he wouldn't do it for that and left. Dispatch called me back to check on if tech had arrived & I let them know situation - they asked if I would still be interested in service if they could get a better price. I told them no, I'd already taken the trim off the door and gotten into the room to unlock it.
