This review is a bit delayed but some time ago my husbands keys to our house were stolen with his wallet with our address in it and Langs came out at 8 pm on a weekend night to change ALL of our locks. The technician was kind, professional, and did a great job. It was also reasonably priced.

I have used Jim from Langs Locks many times for our rental properties. I wouldnt use anyone else. There are a lot of scam locksmiths out there that quote one price and then charge you another one. Jim is honest and reputable besides being a really good locksmith. Highly recommended.

Recently I had a door lock that was broken on a commercial building. Langs locks came out and replaced the lock. Now it works great. I could not be there at the time, but they still came out and got the job done with no issues. They are professional, knowledgeable, and very courteous. When the tech arrived, he walked me through the process of opening the door, then took the time to explain how the lock worked and what to do if I did this again. Very professional and helpful. On a Saturday afternoon we had an emergency door knob issue that needed to be fixed. The latching mechanism was stuck and we couldnt open our interior garage door. After hours of trying to fix it ourselves, we called Jim Lang. Within 20 minutes he had not only removed the latching mechanism, he had replaced the door knob and we had a working door! If I could give Langs Locks more than 5 stars I would!!
