I bought a used bike from them a couple months ago. I had problem after problem with the bike. I ended up sinking more money than I wanted into it. I told them how I felt about it and ho much I had in it. Not only did he refund the money that I initially paid but he give me everything I had in it back! I cannot believe how reasonable they are...I can assure you that this business is honest a can be!

I called before I went to get a key made for my safe. After driving 40 minutes to get there he insisted on me to leave my safe there. I wouldn't do that so he turned me away because they were getting ready to close soon. I was not able to make an appointment for a later day. His resolve was for me to come back around 5 another day but they close at 6 which would be the same situation. smh- I wasted over an hour of round trip driving to go there.

The service went way down hill after the dad passed away. They installed the wrong inner tube and went back 2 times and twice they were not able to correct the problem. The woman at the counter was not friendly. I now drive 10 miles to Troy for all my bike repairs.
