Great store that I frequent on a regular basis. Staff are typically very friendly and helpful. Its not a big box store but I find they almost always have what I need for a small project. Napa being in the same building makes it that much better! Give them a shot, so much better shopping experience seeing familiar faces that actually know about what they sell. Much better than the Lowes and Home Depots of the world...

I shop at Best for three reasons 1 They have a large inclusive stock of items. 2 the staff greet you and ask if need help finding the item you are after. 3 John the manager will stop what he is doing and help the customers if all the staff is busy helping other customer.

I stopped in store to shop for paint. Asked a man behind the desk by main entrance for help. He told me to go to the paint department. I couldn't get any help. He just sat there on his lazy rear end and cared less about customer service. I will never go back to Best. Ace down the street has better service. This happened on Aug 9th 2019.

Big store...Huge inventory. Helpful, knowledgeable staff. My favorite place to go to find solutions to unusual problems. Just found new link for a chain on a 30+ yr old 4 Honda 4 wheeler. Never disappointed here. If you time it right you can get help from the owners chocolate lab!

I went into your store in July to inquire about purchasing a new Husquvarus zero turn mower .. I asked the salesperson if they had end of season clearance sales .. He said 'yes' you will need to check back with us at the end of August to see what inventory we have left .. There are several zero turn mowers in front of your store .. I just called and am now being told that you NEVER discount at the end of the season, plus only one person knows the prices on these mowers, and he's not in until tomorrow .. I was going to come in and check them out .. But what's the point .. No one knows the prices .. Wow .. What a disappointment!

Only gave 1 star because it won't let me give 0. Had a key made for a house in Cleveland, because I was going to be there before anyplace opened. Key didn't work, 4 hour round trip wasted. BEWARE, unskilled workforce. I'll never go back.
