Very helpful! I stopped in right before closing and the young man that cut a new key fob for my car was very knowledgeable about what was needed, cut it correctly, programmed it, and tested it to make sure it worked properly. I highly recommend Arrow Safe & Lock. A little hard to find, they are located in a small building with an insurance company on NE corner of 81st/Elm in Broken Arrow.

Disappointed Was literally just told they are to busy to help me I have to call another lock smith I lost the keys to my locking gas cap The car is drivable .. it's not like they had to leave their property Just not good business to tell a customer I don't have time for you

Visited broken arrow safe & lock to get a few spare keys cut for a vehicle. This service universally cost ~5$ per key everywhere I've ever had it done. The guy behind the desk stated 'it will cost you 25$ per key', why is it so much I asked. His reply 'we make our money selling keys'. I then asked how much are keys if I purchase from you, reply '140$ per key' End of interaction.You're punishing a possible customer for buying the keys from someone else, that's fine. I won't be doing business with you and I urge others to avoid your price gouging as well.

Absolutely horrible Customer service. Told me the product I was trying to get keys made for was just a piece of junk. I gave a key code to reference out of the master log book and he told me he doesnt need to reference anything bc I should know the right code. Ended up walking out. I went to Tulsa key and lock and they fixed me up like always!

There locksmith helped me with a hard to fit key on an older RV. He went out to ensure a smooth for the lock. He even added some WD40 to the stubborn mechanism. When one of the keys was a little sticky, he just threw it in for free. The value for the service received was amazing!
