The locksmith was courteous, professional and worked quickly. He had my ignition situation taken care of in about 15 minutes in the heat of the day! He cut me a new key for $89, which is much cheaper than having my car towed and the ignition switch replaced! He called me when he was 15 minutes out to give me time to meet him at the location, as my car had locked up at work. I would definitely recommend them again!

I was happy with the personable and professional service from Juan. Hes a nice guy, smart, pleasant to talk to. He knows very well how to make the keys and unlock the things. He made me spare keys out of his van at the same time we worked on my lockout. It was good.

So first off I gave them an extra star because they are well priced compared to others. However after having 2 conversations with two different employees (it was a nightmare just trying to get ahold of them to schedule an appointment because they didnt respond to my email or answer the phone at first) I was very thorough in my description of what I needed done. I purchased a key fob (2011 Chevy Cruze) with an uncut key on amazon and only needed it cut, the first person originally quoted me $35 and the second person confirmed it was $35. However after showing up when they told me to come in, no one was there and when I called seemed confused about my appointment. So I finally meet up with them at their shop then was informed it would be $65 and not the $35 I was originally quoted. I understand car keys with chips are laser cut therefore more expensive but when I tell you the year make and model as well as the fact that its a key fob with a flip key I assumed there wouldnt be any confusion as to whether or not the key has a chip. He also told me before cutting it that if it didnt work I would still be charged. And when he struggled to get it to work at first he blamed it on my ignition cylinder which Ive never had any problems with. But the key finally worked.PROS: cheaper than most places, didnt take long once they had my keys.CONS: unorganized, poor customer service, difficult to reach at times, and poor scheduling/punctuality. My time is valuable so next time Id rather pay $10 more and go to the other company I called who had great customer service and actually quoted me correctly.

Dispatcher told me one hour eta. I knew it would be longer and it was, three. But that what dispatchers do.Technician was very responsive, made every effort to get to me asap and communicated well in the process. Worked fast and was knowledgeable. Had me a new ignition key in minutes. Worked the first try.Would use them again.

Decided to try and call these guys for a quote and they quoted me $200 less than everyone else. The service was quick and easy. We hit a small road block and they didn't charge me for the extra time it was going to take. All in all a great company with great service and would definitely recommend.

Well I broke my key off in my door, difficult task Im sure, but for a trained professional? Id hope not, but i sat in my car for 45 minutes before old dude showed up.... not only that he promised me itd be somewhere around 10 minutes.... Well needless to say 2-1/2 hours later after sitting in 20 degree weather... Im definitely hoping quotes are left to a pro and that I can find somewhere cheaper to copy and remove a key without the chip in it, for less than $162.78I figured itd be faster for the cost or id at least get accommodated by being able to sit inside the cab of their running/warm vehicle

Doesn't warranty the work they do after not even a week. 'Fixed' something on my car that cost hundreds of dollars and won't even send someone out to look at the work and have the opportunity to fix it again. So take your car here if you want to have 'work' done to it, only having to take it to a shop to have it fixed and pay double.
