I had waited 2 hours for another wrecker company in Edmond got tired of waiting and called Pauls and he said I will be there in 20 minutes and he was .The driver was very polite and we had a good visit all the way to my house .If you are in Edmond or north OKC call these guys they still know how to do good business Thank you Pauls for the good service.Jeff B.

I contacted Paul's twice today, Paul answered the phone both times. He was very attentive and accommodating. Jeff was dispatched out to my house to haul my 'luxury' vehicle to the service center at a local dealership. Jeff arrived promptly, was very professional and my car arrived the service center in pristine condition (all things considered). Not a scratch, dent or hand print. Not only did they provide excellent service they did so at a fair price. If I am ever in need of towing assistance again regardless of location, Paul's will be my first call!

I've used Paul's towing twice now, the first time was awesome, the gentleman was timely, quick, safe and a fair price for a short tow. The most recent time using them, it was a different individual, who dragged the car off the ground on the way up the ramp, damaged the bumper, gave me attitude, charged me double what the first guy did (same type of tow, and a shorter distance) and only offered replacing the bumper clips as consolation at first, then they offered it to be a free tow, but I'd have to dispute the charge on my own credit card (which, per Visa rules, you can't!!)

Provided a reasonable quote over the phone, stuck to it, incredibly professional (and a very pleasant conversationalist too), showed up right on time on a very cold morning and towed my vehicle 13 miles (including some somewhat rugged and unavoidable rural terrain) with the greatest of care. I hit a deer with my vehicle. Paul's initial tow service was fast and friendly. During the claims process I ran into trouble getting the vehicle transported from his yard to the body shop. The insurance company and the body shop were giving me the run around. When I called Paul to get the vehicle released I told him how frustrated I was. Paul made a few calls for me. Within minutes my vehicle was scheduled to be transported and the services were set to be billed back to my insurance company. He really went above and beyond!

I am SO impressed with this company...the owner and the driver! My daughter had a car accident and her car had to be towed away. She's a student and we're 1 1/2 hrs away. She was scared and shaken up. They gave her a ride home and she said the driver was so nice to her and helped calm her. That' s a big deal to a mom who was just trying to get there ASAP. Towed my poor sad car home from Aamco. I didn't catch his name but the driver was nice and put the car in the driveway. It got here in about an hour from the time I called. Cost $70 which is a little less than the avg rate. I would definitely use them again if I need a tow.

In a matter of 20 minutes they had Ken there and he towed our car all the way back to Broken Arrow, Ok. Bad weather all the back as well he took his time to get where we needed to be. I wish I could give them 0 stars. Barry was sent out with a flat bed to pick up my overheated truck. He proceed to start my vehicle to drive it onto the truck rather than wench it up and hostile approached me when I told him not to start my engine. He then drove off immediately leaving me stranded once again within 5 minutes of getting to me.

Worst services!! Will not be calling for another pick up they werent here as scheduled wouldnt return my calls and Left me sitting on the side of the road! I had to use the company through my insurance because they kept hanging up on me when my calls would go through trust me use someone else!
