I had locked my keys in my car, and it was getting late into the night. I called 10 other locksmiths before this one. All the others either didn't answer the phone, did not service Oklahoma City (contrary to their own advertising), or wanted to charge crazy amounts for the service. Urban Lockwerx DID answer, however. Unfortunately, they didn't have a technician available to help. So, why am I giving 5 stars? The gentlemen who answered the phone did not hesitate to give me the number of another locksmith who could help. To me, that's classy, professional, and customer centered. Thanks for helping me out. It all worked out in the end!

I called Chris at 4:20 PM on a Saturday to see if anyone was available in the shop. I was told that he normally closes at 3 but he was there finishing a job and to come on by. I needed a couple of specialty keys cut on blanks I already had. He did this job and when I tried to pay, he wouldn't take my money. Surprised at the very least! Will definitely use again!

Highly recommended! Recently had a problem with a new Browning safe from Cabelas not opening. Rather than deal with a major return at a big box store I called Urban Lockwerx and not only did they resolve the problem (which was related to the construction of the safe) they submitted a warranty claim for me to the actual manufacturer. Friendly, Timely, Professional, and competent! Wouldn't consider anyone else!

We had a very positive experience with this company. From the immediate answering of our call, to knowing exactly where we were located without having to give an exact address, our locksmith was courteous and professional. He was able to manipulate the keyhole to open our door instead of tearing up the window edging and sticking in tools like Ive seen used before. They took credit and debit cards, which was convenient since I never carry more than $20 in cash. Thank you for making a stressful situation manageable.

Dealer was going to charge 80+ to program....I needed a cheap place to program my Fobik key fob for a 2010 dodge caravan. 40 bucks. they connect the computer to the vehicle. hit program and voila! you got a new key. I brought my own key which i found online at that popular internet auction site and they gave me no trouble that it was a used key. I will come back to them to get future vehicle key fobs programmed in the future.

2002 Jaguar S-Type. They were awesome. They came out and made me new keys that work when nobody else could. Much cheaper than having to have it towed to the dealer to get the keys replaced. I am going to spread the word!!! I called everyone in OKC. Nobody could make the correct keys unless I had it towed to the dealer or to another place that wouldn't even give me a price estimate. The battery was dead so the valet key want any good due to the battery being in the trunk and the valet key won't open the trunk. So, after the car set for 8 months without keys, Chris came out and was able to make them and program them. Now, I can take the car to a mechanic and get it road worthy again. Thank you so much Chris!!!

Have had the worst week, truck ignition cylinder went out, all the quotes I received were not feasible right now. Chris was able to code my new ignition cylinder so I could install it myself, he got get us in with not very much notice. He has been a silver lining in a very difficult time finically for me, would reccomend him every single time.
