After going there for 20+ years I decided Walmart was better. I got charged for the lady copying the wrong number of a set of keys then was going to be charged again to remake the bad quality key that completely twisted in my deadbolt. Not many negative reviews on Google for this business but if you ask around you'll hear lots. This place used to be the best.

I dont know what old lady they have answering the phone there but she is extremely rude and unprofessional, tried to explain my situation, she proceeded to yell at me like i was a child. If that is how you treat your customers over the phone, i can only assume the quality of work is just as bad, will be taking my business elsewhereResponse to the owner: That is total Bs, nice try, I was on the phone with that lady for no more than 1 minute, she had an imediate attitude with me when I started to ask her questions. You obviously enjoy the luxury of being one of the only locksmiths in lawton because politeness and customer service obviously isnt your top priority, do not treat people like theyre less than human. If it wasnt for the solidified business that you enjoy from fort sill, you would go outa business in a heartbeat. Im an adult and the way that woman spoke to me, i swear it was like talking to a cynical old woman who thinks everyone younger than her is an ingrate....I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS
