Called and got every question I had answered, then scheduled an appointment for the same day. There worker showed up and got everything done very professionally while my two year daughter was in and out his way. Only took about 20 mins. Will gladly call again for any problem I might have in the future.

Chearlene is one of the most professional individuals I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with! Love that this is a local family business. We contacted them in need of a new lock on our office door. After calling Johnson and Johnson Anthony arrived quickly to meet our need. He also suggested we make the inside of the door a knob instead of key entry for locking ourselves in when needed. This has been a very useful change and one we would not have thought of! So thankful for Johnson and Johnson and their excellent service!!

Words can not begin to express how thankful I am for the help given to my son last week! He flew from Cali to Lawton to retrieve his truck from storage to drive back to Cali and forgot his keys! I am in NC and there was nothing I could do and felt helpless! Thanks to Johnson and Johnson their after hours tech, he not only made him another key on site at the storage building, but gave him 2! Had they not been there to help there was no way my son would've made it back to base on time! They have no idea how grateful this mother and her son are! Great customer service all the way around! These are not honest people. They are not used to and dont expect repeat business so they charge unreasonable rates. They will not stand behind their work because their work is poor quality and they know most of their work has to be redone to correct their mistakes which they will charge you for again. If you point out their mistakes they will scream at you. There are plenty of good locksmiths in Lawton, this just isnt one of them.

When they finally showed up to unlock my car they required cash up front without giving me a receipt. After over 30 minutes of unsuccessfully trying to unlock my car and damaging my door he started cursing and drove away with my money. I was left with a damaged car door that was still locked. I called their office and they just gave me the run around. I then called A.A.CE. And they got there in 10 minutes and it was unlocked in less than 5 minutes. They charged me half of what the crooks at Johnsons charged. Dont give Johnsons a chance to cheat you or someone you love, you will not have a good experience with these crooks.

My landlord had them do a lock job and it did not work he went back and asked them to complete the job and they tried to charge him again. He explained that the first job did not work and the people were rude and sarcastic saying they would not do it unless he paid again

Initially extremely friendly, and probably great for simple issues however if you care about integrity, this probably isn't the place for you. They made me feel as though all they cared about was their money. I had an issue, I called several places after the issue I had and they all said the same, that the locksmith should have been more knowledgeable and the issue would have never happened, and after he made the wrong key, they should have offered to do it for the price of the key alone. Which they didn't but instead gave me the regular FULL price, matter of fact, the dealership ended up offering me a cheaper rate for the same thing and they weren't the ones who made the mistake. The owner of the locksmith company even ended up hanging up on me! Terrible costumer service in my opinion.

I have to give the gentlemen 5 stars, even though he couldn't really help me. It was not his fault. He did everything he could to make sure I was good before I left. See my truck did not come with keyless entry. He made a call here and there and helped me figure it out. I stilled paid for the service. I was glad to.

I don't make a habit of writing negative reviews, but it is warranted in this case. I have used them 4 times and had good luck until now, but i wont be back. I took in a piece of equipped to have the lock repaired, and when I picked it up an integral part was missing. I quizzed the young man behind the counter and he said he couldn't find it, but he'd ask the tech about it when he came in. 2 days later I go by there to get it, and they cannot find it. The manager on duty was indifferent, just shrugged his shoulders and said 'I don't know what to tell you'. The gist is this, I brought an intact item in to be repaired, the item stayed in their possession until I picked it up, pointed out then that it was missing, they acknowledged that fact, and now don't seem to care. Based on how it must be removed, its my belief that a tech broke it during removal, and got rid of the evidence. Use your own judgment...if they make it right, I will change my review.
