I sent them a message through their contact form on their website explaining that I did not have a phone and couldn't call but could still e-mail. Everything involved with the resolution process was difficult; this was a new experience. My roadside assistance service and the assigned provider were exremely difficult. I spent too much time trying to use the locksmith shop on 23rd and apparently there was never any shop there like Google Maps shows. I came here and got my project done after wasting all that value time. I wonder why Google even shows those places as a business and let people waste time looking for nothing. Something has to be done!

I went to a big chain twice to get a key copied. Both times the copies they made did not work! The first time I went here, after showing them the key and letting them know the problems I was having, they explained why it wouldn't fit due to some key specifics. They quickly cut me three keys to try, all with just slight variances. ALL of them worked! I wish I had come here first. I will be coming here again for any key issues!
