This was by far the best experience I've ever had with a locksmith! These days you never know what you're going to get, but Brook was an absolute pleasure to do business with. He was so helpful in every way imaginable. He blew me away with his professional appearance, his customer service, and his willingness to go the extra mile! He even got my tool box open for me after changing the locks on my home (didnt even charge me)! We will be doing all of our future locksmith business with this company, thanks to Brook! God bless!

Brook had single-handedly changed my opinion about the industry. Not only was he personable, punctual and professional-- but his work ethic was indefatigable.The keys he cut are crisper than any new set I had ever purchased. Best locksmith in Oklahoma!

We needed to get the bathroom door widened from 32 inches to 36 inches among other things so got an itemized estimate from a company that did bathrooms. When the door estimate was over nine hundred dollars I had a Flying Locksmith tech give an estimate which was four hundred plus tax so I set up a schedule for the work. He arrived on time. Did an excellent job, including cleaning the entire area up. Best of all, he finished early so I could go back to work, and I got charged less than the estimate since he finished so quick.

They widened two doorways, installed a vanity, and repaired my front door making it so much easier to get my power chair outside. I highly recommend Russell and Samson for all your work. They installed a door lock and a deadbolt on my front door both use just one key. They are friendly and down to earth. The work only took two days and they cleaned everything up after they finished. Samson and his crew did a great job, I had a window in my dinning area that I wanted to add french doors to and the existing back door taken out completely, they re-bricked the old door area and you can not even tell that it was a door at one time. The work was done in a timely manner and very professionally. I am very happy that I went thru this company now that the work is all done. The cost for all the work they did was well worth it. I can now enjoy going out on the patio (when the weather cools down a bit first). I wish I had the photos to show but at this time i can not upload them :(

I had very bad experience with this locksmith company. The employees of this company are unprofessional and not know what they are doing. I called them to fix my front door lock, the guy on the phone said that an employee of the company will reach you within minutes. I feel good because its a main door and need to fix asap. I waited for more than hours no one arrived, I called them again and the guy over the phone said me very rudely that all locksmiths are busy wait for more hours or hire someone else. I said you wasted my time why don't you said me this before, this is really disgusting. Do not trust this company, because they will not reach you when you need them in such emergency situation. Not recommended this unprofessional company.

Needed a car key made Called the main office and was told somone will call back .. then after an hour somone callee and says not sure if we can do this or not . After all that a manger called and said we cant do that sorry so I dont understand why cant they say sorry we cant from the beginning and let me wait for so long
