7/24/19 @7:50 AM your driver that was on the Creek turnpike then continued onto HWY 169N was excessively speeding, tailgating, weaving in and out of traffic without using signal.You're drivers should understand that they are the face of your company, they are driving a billboard advertisement for the company there for they should demonstrate that they are law abiding citizens.

They are very nice people, and I like the techs that have come out before, however....it takes more than pleasant interaction. Bottom line: they are NOT knowledgeable about anything our security system needed to be fixed. Tried them a couple of times and now use someone else.

Holders came to our rescue in less than an hour when I called them, our front door lock broke and we couldn't get it unlocked the night before so we were totally locked in, and we have a disabled daughter who is in a wheelchair, and if a fire had happened we couldn't have got her out, or if we needed an ambulance I called them the first thing on Wednesday morning, explained the situation and they had a guy out here within 30 minutes. Thank you Holder for coming to our rescue.
