On a weekend golf trip from Portland my car's ignition key was snapped off inside the door. On a Saturday afternoon Bob came out to my location and recovered the broken part of the key. While I was enjoying a round of golf at the Dunes course, he was working on copying the key and after several attempts (the broken key was a copy to begin with) Bob was able to make a working key! Bob really saved the day!
