We had a problem a few weeks ago with my 92 year old step-fathers car and Andrew was amazing! Although it turned out to be a problem with the ignition's computer, he tried his very best to make a key that would work for us to get the darn car started! His level of professionalism, kindness, and persistence was really wonderful. We will definitely make Tom's our go to place for any key needs in the future. I highly recommend them. The lock on the driver's side of my truck wouldn't work at all. The locksmith came out to my truck with Unicorn Tears Lock Repair and now my lock is good as new. He didn't even charge me for the service. I highly recommend this place.

I will avoid next time. Lesson learned. Ask for a total cost/quote before you have anything done. They are illegally charging 10% credit card fees to your bill in addition to excessive billing. After they were caught doing it, they claimed to Visa that it was a convenience fee. They clearly told me it was the fee Visa charged them!The good news is they cant do it now as Visa has informed me they will cancel them if they do. If they do this to you, contact visa. They want to know about it. You can submit a short form online to Visa. Google that page.

I called and set up an appointment and they showed up early as well as was reasonable in price and opened my car without any hassle as well as answered my questions about making a duplicate key for my car in the future. All in all it was a great experience and would call them again in the future if I get locked out of my car

After one last search through the house, we gave them a call back and Kevin was here in Reedsport about an hour later, and 10 or so minutes after we had two new truck keys and we're very satisfied

Steve charged us $60 for a service call plus $47 for labor. It was a 5 minute job and we assumed it was going to be handled without a bill given the fact the work they did previously fell apart. I was told it was a month out of warranty. I called and voiced my opinion and it was on deaf ears. Customer service is not their strong suit. The cost of losing my business will far exceed the $107 bill. Your competitors thank you.
