Just wanted to drop a note and say what a great job Tom did on our door. Wed been struggling with a door that wouldnt latch properly and Tom, undaunted by the obscure part required, set about getting it ordered and fixed. So great to have a working door again. Highly recommend Bend Lock and Safe.

Worst experience ever. We called about opening up our door and possibly making a copy. Over the phone we got quoted $29 just to get to us & $59 to open the door. Once they arrived it went from $59 to $89.The guy laughed and said those damn office people. He opens up, tells us to text him to let him know if we need his help.We messaged him, called the office & got a response from him 3 hrs later saying he cant help us until Friday 10am (today is Wednesday)Because thats what the office told him.So we got ripped off and left stranded in the parking lot in a town we dont live in.Top notch service...

They get better all the time. I had keys to a duplex I tried to organize and they put all 4 sets of keys in different color codes keys so I could match up the sets easier. Duh! Why didn't I think of that. Thanks you guys.

I was recommended to go here by a friend since I needed keys for my car that had been damaged and they were awesome and were able to re-cut keys from a damaged key that Ace Hardware could not do properly. And I was very impressed by the locksmith company and I will come back again

This guy is a saint. I had a key shear off in my car top box while camping outside Bend, making the return trip home to Portland impossible. Even though it was Memorial Day weekend, he came into his shop and cut me new keys on Sunday morning. He saved me $50 (at least) and saved our weekend. Throw every bit of business you have to Bend Lock and Safe!
