Service was quick and efficient. Owner is selling business because he is too busy. This visit was cutting keys and programming keys and fobs. If he closes, his services will be missed. I have used services here twice and have been pleased every time. My mechanic recommended them and I do too.

Nice people.. but we ended up going with a different lock smith because they were so awful at communicating.. we had a gun safe that needed unlocked that we had forgotten the code to and we had called them atleast 5 times in 2 weeks and never got a solid response.. had a guy come out once. Was there for 10 minutes just to tell us he had to contact the company and see if they could get a code for us... never got back to us. Hope others have a better experience with them.

Called for appt. Only did half the job, promised to finish when I returned home. Week later I called shop, no return call. Called again... had to remind owner who I was. He promised to come out but No Showed !!!This is how we do business in a small town??

Awesome quality of work, we use them every time we need a key or a fob made for a vehicle at our shop. They always get it done quick, fast, and in a hurry and great pricing. McKenzie is always willing to answer questions over the phone and if he doesnt know the answer hell find the answer for me.

They didnt show up or call at the time of the appointment. When I called to check they just said that they arent coming today. I asked why they didnt let me know, they said that theyre too busy. So I canceled and called someone else.

We made the embarrassing mistake of locking our keys in the car.... with the baby inside.... It was later in the evening on a summer night so the temperature had dropped quite a bit however, I told my wife I would break the window if he started crying. I called the first person that popped up when I typed in locksmith. The man who answered said he would be there as soon as he could. It took 7 minutes flat I was amazed and the baby didn't cry a bit. Sadly if I could give 0 Stars I would. After waiting for a replacement key for over a week, and being told they are too busy to provide us a tracking number, we had to go elsewhere. Their customer service is subpar at best. I dont think their time management skills are too hot and the young guy who works in the office is rude and unhelpful. Another firm was honest upfront and said their locksmith that was qualified was gone and they wouldnt be able to help us. I appreciate honesty over empty promises any day!

Recommend that you take anything complicated somewhere else. Took two days to attempt to do a one hour job. They couldn't find their tools and one guy told me to take it somewhere else. Promised two diff done times. Ut that didn't happen either. Time is money.

They were called to change locks on a rental house, were there a minute or two before they promised to be, charged a very reasonable amount and even fixed a broken sliding door latch at no charge. A very good local business.
