I have a 2013 frs. If anyone knows these cars they don't have a cabin trunk pop that works without keys in the ignition. Best locksmith I've had the pleasure to meet tried his best to pick a vertical 10 pin lock but ended up getting into the cabin and getting a copy made from the lock of the door. Thanks Jodie :). Plus they have me the spare for free.

Stop by here today. Had two keys made for our Kia Forte was there less than 10 minutes $5 for the keys each. And very helpful staff I will definitely come back to this place again if I need something taken care of good experience recommend them.

Waited 10 minutes after the opening time for somebody to open the shop. Then called the phone number, the person who answered apologized and said he would be there in a few minutes. Waited 10 more minutes, then went to their nearby competitor. Will not be patronizing them, or trying to, again.EDIT: Was called by the owner to apologize; he described the situation they were in, possible vandalism resulting in loss of internet or something like that. There should have been a note on the door or something, to prevent people from wasting their time waiting for the place to open; the opener was at Xfinity trying to get the problem fixed, rather than at the store. I tried to give them a chance to get my business before proceeding with Keyhole Locksmith. The owner talked to his people and their capability was for an alternate fix to the split wafer in my door lock; replacing the locks but not the keys as well. Since the worn-down key likely caused the problem, I determined that this was a temporary solution, and proceeded with Keyhole. Satisfied with the results from them. Amended my review from 1 star to 2, since the owner called with an apology, though I maintain that poor customer service practice was observed here. Still would not patronize.

My spouse was home when all the work was done and said Emerald City Locksmith did a really great job and 'we need to take the time to give them a good review.' Price was very reasonable for the amount of work that was done.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank the guys (Tim & Bob) at Emerald City Locksmith. I had a full set of locks that needed to be re keyed yesterday and even though they were very busy they took on the job. They got backlogged and were running behind but rather than making me come back the next day, they stayed late and finished the job so I could lock the house up!! Great job and I really appreciated it!!

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! My lock was jammed, with my key stuck in it, and via phone they helped me identify the type of lock, what was wrong, and how to get my key out. When I told them I wanted to change the lock myself rather than pay them to come out, they talked me through taking it out and putting in the new one (with very helpful pointers).
