I get all my keys made by the key man. However, this was the first time I went to this store. I did not have a good experience here. This could of been that it was close to closing, but I stood at the front counter for a good while and the worker did not say a word to me. Then their was some other worker behind a wall talking to the first worker. Once I finally got help I told the worker what I needed and he had to ask 2 more times what I wanted. In short last time I go to this key man location.

Charged me 80 bucks to have a key fob reprogrammed after they said 50 on the phone and they ranted about much cheaper they were than the dealerships. After getting it done I called the dealership.. they charge 80.... And the dealership gets your original car key layout from Toyota rather than copying it from a worn copy.In short, dealership had a better deal. (Surprisingly). Wasted money. Won't be going back.

I used the 24 hour emergency service today. Shaun got here quickly, got me in to my home quickly, even though it took some fudging and a few adjustments. Then he re installed the lock for me. He also worked on a plan for the invoice for me given the circumstances and didnt charge me any extraneous fees beyond the service call. He was good natured and polite. I hope never to need them again, LOL but they were a great help on a really bad day and Shaun was fantastic. Absolutely zero complaints and all 5 stars!

After locking myself out of my car I called him and he was out of town but said he could come help me in 45 min. And he was there in 45 min. He got right to it and got my car unlocked, in a matter of minutes. A very pleasant gentleman. And 2 days later I had a new key for my car. This is not the first time I have needed his services and I'm pretty sure it won't be the last

Very disappointed with the location by Applebee's in Grants Pass. We walked into the shop to have a single house key made. There was a man in the lobby area, whom we assumed was a client until we saw him walk back behind the counter area. He then proceeded to restock keys on a display, never once acknowledged us. Mind you, the lobby is the size of a postage stamp! My husband finally made the first greeting, to which the man continued to place keys on the holder. Finally he asked what we needed and we told him. I pulled out a $20 bill which was the smallest I had. He asked if I had anything smaller as he didnt have change....which I could understand - but when I said that I could use my debit card instead, he said 'I can't take a card for less than $10'. Unbelievable! He wouldn't take my only option to pay when it was their issue that they couldnt make change!!!

Every time i go inThere its a joke. They lose my keys and cant find them, they dont fix what i need fixed the first time and they dont take down my info. So when i go back in to pick up my items they dont know what its for or who took my order. And i never get a call saying my item is ready for pick up. Terrible customer service and organization.

A man from Key Man came to my apartment today to help me with the key to my van. He was very helpful and was right on time. I was told he would call for directions but he knew the area and found it easy. He fixed the key problem quickly and I feel better now knowing I can start my van without key problems. Not good here. For some reason my house being unlockable (due to poor lock installation from them) for 'several weeks, until it is convenient' for THEM to fix it is an appropriate answer. SMH, I hung up and called the next company on the list. -- They will be here tomorrow, so only one night without sleep. Dear Owner, It will never again be 'convenient' for me to call you for anything. I had said such nice things about your employee and put up with the poor installation because you have such nice people and they were going to get back to me...months later, I am still dealing with this issue and then I dealt with you tonight because I couldn't ignore the problem anymore ( finally got too bad to lock) and you were horrible.Bad news spreads faster than good, just saying.
