I am the manager of A First Choice Staffing Service. Don's Lock has come out many times for us. The second time was an emergency where we could not lock our office, they had someone here before we closed to fix the issue. We have always received fast service when we have had to make copies of keys in the shop. They have always been helpful and courteous. I only had a key made so I can't give them a full 5, but it was a mailbox key and I had tried to get a copy made at Lowe's and home depot but the copy from Lowe's didn't work and the home depot copy wasn't a sure thing. Home depot was nice enough to tell me about Don's and the key worked the first try. So if you have a national lock key, go to Don's first!

We missed an appointment. Our keys and car had recently been stolen and that made life unusually complicated during this time. Yes, it was our mistake, we called back to make another appt and they refused to help. That's their right and choice as a business but I can tell you they were very unfriendly about it. Customer service fail.
