Marks was awesome! Showed up in about 45 minutes & got us in our house after a lockout in about 5 minutes. Best part, $40 total! All other places I called wanted $75 to $85. I definitely recommend using him if u get locked out of your house.

Having been involved in rental ownership and management for over 20 years, I can tell you that Mark is not only one of the most professional locksmiths I've ever dealt with, he is also the most trustworthy, reliable and and most pleasant locksmith I've met. He handled a lockout for my 80+ year old parents by showing up very quickly, immediately putting them at ease and making the entire, efficient lock opening process fun and stress free. After the low cost lock opening (with no damage), he proceeded to lube and adjust the front and rear doors as a courtesy, at no cost. Where do you find that kind of service today?! He also just happens to have the lowest rates that I have found in the PDX area. And, his response time was a third of what everyone else quoted. Mark is a gentleman and a truly rare resource for anyone needing locksmith service in Portland.
