I had an issue with my lock. I could not get my key to work because someone apparently tried picking the lock. Before coming out and charging me the man I spoke to gave me suggestions on how to get my key to work and it worked. Its refreshing and rare to have someone in his business who want to help you instead of making money the priority.

We bought a condo in Depoe Bay and called Pacific Coast to help with changing the locks. Jesse came out the next morning and we went over the various options. He was thorough and helped me go over the pros and cons of the different styles. We ended up with a key code lock which was exactly what I had hoped for. While he was here I asked him to also install a lock on an indoor cabinet. We again went over the different choices and Im very happy with what we ended up with. Jesse was timely, professional, offered different choices, and I paid exactly what I was expecting. I recommend Jesse and Pacific Coast without reservation.
