And may I say the pricing is highly competitive. And I cant say enough about Anthony. He went above and beyond in my opinion. Worth his weight in gold. Parts needed must have been in the van and he was in and out in about an hour after providing the repair as well as a 'tune up' that was included and desperately needed. I'm glad I chose D&L Garage Doors. I needed a new Garage Door Opener installed but figured I would have to wait at least two or three days (if not longer) before I could get one installed. I was in luck D&L was able to send a technician out the same afternoon I called. Anthony was the tech sent out to help replace my old 17 year old Genie with a super sweet and silent Garage Opener the Linear LDC0800. Anthony did a great job getting the old hunk a junk out of my garage, and putting in the new unit. I was really happy with the customer service and expertise from my initial call to install. Anthony also did a great job answering all the questions I had which were many, from security to reliability of the new opener. I would highly recommend these guys. At the same time I hope I don't see them anytime soon because that means something is wrong with my garage door.

Office folks were great in writing up the initial inspection visit. Technician wrote up the issues and explained throughly. We scheduled the work through the office. The technicians were on time, explained again what they were going to do and the installation went well and the cleanup was excellent. They were also very personable. Will be using them this summer for some more work.

He explained to me the function of the part he replaced, and looked at the other two doors to help us determine if the same repair would need to be made to either of those doors anytime soon. Our garage door broke one night after coming home, and I searched online hoping to find a company that could come out and give me a free quote. Our budget is really tight lately and I knew just by looking at the door that it was going to be expensive, so I honestly was dreading the whole experience. D&L Garage Doors called me back first thing the next morning and let me know someone could come by the next day, and sure enough the next day Anthony came to my house to check out the damage. It was as bad as I was afraid of, but they really worked with me to get me the best discount possible, and the garage door was completely fixed an hour and a half later. It works better than it ever had before, and I'm really glad I contacted this company when I did.

D&L Garage Doors & locksmith B&L garage doors and locksmith was the perfect place to to go. We had to go. We had a door we need a new lock for, and they were able to do it in less than an hour, for $30. To replace it would have taken me way longer, and cost me at least $60. They came up with all the answers, and we're super nice but everything. Recommend highly.

One of the springs on our garage door broke so I called D&L at 9am and was told that they could have a technician out between 12 and 4. The technician, Dan, called around 10:45 to say he was on his way from Portland (we're in Salem). Arrived just before noon, gave a thorough, but not over-the-top explanation of what needed to be repaired and some other preventative suggestions specific to our situation. Work was done promptly and several services and items were provided free of charge. Final price was as quoted. He was done by 1:30. I was pleasantly surprised to have this taken care of within 5 hours of discovering the issue!

A service tech came out to double check. I was very pleased with the information I was given so I decided to contract with them to install a double wide garage door. The techs arrived at the time I was given. I could tell they new what they were doing. My door was installed in a few hours. I inspected their work thoroughly, as I am a mechanic myself, and found the work to be flawless! Very happy with our new garage door. All three of the garage doors in our 'new' home needed replacing: dry rot, ground settling and age had taken its toll. Two of the openers lacked modern safety features and the over-sized door didn't even have an opener. Try opening a 10' tall door without one. Mike and Eric (didn't catch the name of the apprentice) did an excellent job installing the new doors and operators. The doors are level, the rails perfectly aligned and the operators are the quietest I've ever heard. They really wanted to show me all the tricks the apps could do, but my flip phone doesn't support the app. Don't really need it.
