These guys are very professional and honest. I brought in a key fob to replace its battery. After a quick test, they determined my original battery was still good, and simply cleaned the inside terminals of the remote with a special cleaner, then put in my original battery, and said, 'go try it.' I walked out the door, and sure enough - it worked. Nice service - and the only payment was a smile. Thanks guys!

If you need a key for your car, they can do an original key for wayyy cheaper than the dealership. They also offer aftermarket keys for even less. Plus the guys that work here are super nice.

These guys really went the extra mile for me. I lost my only key to a new car I had just purchased. They came to my house made the keys and programmed them. Then a couple days later I found the lost key and took it to them. I needed to do some errands, when I discovered my wallet was missing. When I went back my wallet was safe and sound with Oleg. When he tested my key he noticed my car started slowly and suggested I have it checked. Last October, the lock on the door between my kitchen and utility room failed and I couldn't retract the bolt to open the door. Oleg was very responsive and then via text and over the phone Alex guided me through diagnosis and removing the worn-out part. He gave explicit instructions on where to go (Chown Hardware) and what to ask for (the part was an older model and had to be ordered). When I got it home, Alex offered to instruct me (via phone) on how to remove the old assembly and install the new one myself, saving me both the house call and service charges -- and teaching a total novice something useful in the process. Ultra-helpful and generous! I will call the folks at Northwest Security & Lock for any job I have in the future and recommend them based on my very positive experience.

I couldn't give a high enough review for Alex from Northwest Security & Lock. He answered the company phone line on a Sunday and left a family engagement that evening to drive over an hour to make a key for my truck at my home. He was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Within 30 minutes he had two new keys made and was able to do the entire transaction in my driveway even though my truck had a difficult key to duplicate. Easily earned 5 stars!

I have hired Alex twice! He is prompt, polite, works fast and does neat tidy work. His prices are very reasonable for unusual hours/weekends. He has re keyed a lock, installed and electronic deadbolt, and a very good giant door viewer for me. Alex had help us several times: starting from a simple key to several electronic car keys. He changes almost half less than dealerships do, yet quality of his work if beyond words amazing! He always mentions that if something gonna be wrong with a key hell fix it, but we never had to ask him to do so, everything works wonderfully and thats why we keep coming back for his services! Highly, highly recommend this place! You simply wont find anyone better

Says open till midnight...they are not drove 20 minutes out of my way has an after hours number on the window which i tried calling before coming down no one answered called again after getting there no one answers. Change your advertised business hours. Id give more stars but couldnt tell you about the service.* replied to my comment saying i ' hung up on them'...i didnt answer the phone at all because i had already got service from another place and the guy left a message on my phone at 11am the next day saying that they were sorry they missed my call and asking me to change my online review...nice save though. Smh.

I had a broken lock from an old file cabinet, obviously an outdated, cheap lock. Alex rebuilt a lock for me & even installed it for us. What a great team. We dont usally post reviews, but NW security really deserves our time and these 5 stars! Not only did they respond to our call after closing hours but they also drove all the way from Portland to Woodland, Wa on a rescue mission. My wife who was stuck at the gas station locked out from her car in the cold weather, get this, they brought her Dutch bros coffee! Sure their locksmith happen to be on a drive through when we called but he didnt have to get anything for her. Overall, I am mind blown from their amazing service and Im sure it took longer at a drive-through Dutch Bros than to actually unlock the car . Thank God good people and good company still exist, thank you!!! We will recommend!
